Workshop/Daylong Retreat

This Day Long Retreat is an invitation to recognize, realize, and return to that which we have always been. Many people have had glimpses of their true nature, this vast empty awakeness. This day long will focus on experiential ways to move from recognition to realization to embodiment. Loch will draw upon practices from Zen, Advaita, Dzogchen, Mahamudra, and offer fresh, living inquiry and simple direct doorways into the freedom of natural wakefulness. Join in the deep silence as it learns to speak and live this life.
Location
These gatherings will take place in the Studio at The Center for Oneness Studio. The Center is located at 124 Sibley Avenue near Suburban Square in Ardmore. There is parking on Sibley Avenue and the surrounding parking lots in the shopping area. We are also within walking distance from Ardmore Station on the Paoli-Thorndale train line. The Studio is located in the building to the rear of the property. We hope to see you for one or both events!
