Awakening begins when we are directly introduced to awareness itself. This shift
from our ego-centeredness to being awareness takes some getting used to. There
can be the experience of snapping back like a rubber band to the habits of the old identity.
We will explore why this initial glimpse often doesn’t stay. As awareness shifts a half-step
back and drops down below the neck, we begin to learn how to live as this open-hearted
awareness.

Loch will offer a series of inquiries and meditations to explore this unfolding journey. Join
in the deep silence of this daylong retreat as the awakened heart returns home and rests as itself.
