One-Day Intensive with Loch in Berkeley at East Bay Open Circle

Many of us have had glimpses of Awake Awareness. It is often initially experienced as a transcendent waking up
from our habitual mind's grasp and waking out of the story of me, waking up from a dream and waking from
identification with the body-mind. However, until this wakefulness embodies, we bounce back and forth
finding it and losing it. When this initial freedom returns home below the neck, there is a waking down that
includes everything and sees through the eyes of the heart.
Loch will offer a series of inquiries and meditations to explore this unfolding journey. Join
in the deep silence of this daylong retreat as the awakened heart returns home and rests as itself.
Participants in the Course of Awakening will be invited to stay for an extra hour, from 4:30 to 5:30,
to check in with Loch and with other Distance Learning sangha.
